Spinach Artichoke Dip

A fan favorite of even the pickiest of eaters, this tried and true recipe is also incredibly versatile, easily built-on to create a whole meal.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2 cans artichoke hearts, rough chopped

  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained

  • ½ cup mayo (Duke’s if possible, cause Duke’s)

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp minced garlic

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes

  • S & P to taste

How to Make It:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F

  2. Combine diced artichokes, mayo, sour cream, spinach, S&P, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a large bowl

  3. Mix to combine, adding 90% of your shredded cheese

  4. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe baking dish, evenly spreading out before topping with the remaining shredded cheese

  5. Bake for 20 minutes

  6. Broil for 1-2 min until the cheese is lightly browned

  7. Let sit for at least five minutes before serving

Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips or crusty bread
